Gospel power couple, Dj Mo and Size 8 are celebrating 5 years of marriage. The Gospel duo took to social media to express their gratitude for each other on their wedding anniversary.
The Mateke hit maker thanked God for giving her the ‘best husband’:
“I can testify of such a miracle. To you ohh Lord be all the glory. Thank you for blessing me with the best husband heaven can produce for me @djmokenya . May this our marriage be your instrument to encourage others who have lost hope in marriage that you are still able to perform miracles and that they should believe against all that you can rescue their marriages” posted size 8.
The two tied the knot in 2013 in a private wedding that was only attended by family and close friends.
Few weeks after their wedding became talk of the town, naysayers had it that they won’t last long.
On their 5th wedding anniversary, the celebrated Gospel Dj reminisced those days.
“157,680,000 seconds ago, they wrote we were just a flame that will fizzle out (hope the blogs still have content) 157,680,000 seconds, I am still learning that patience is not just waiting but what you do as you wait,” shared Dj Mo.
Just a week ago, in an interview with The Wicked Edition’s Dr King’ori, the two opened up on their marriage.
Cross Over 101 host Dj Mo disclosed that at one time in their marriage, Size 8 packed all her stuff and vanished into the thin air for one week.
He revealed that unbeknown to him, she had gone and rented out a place of her own, starting life afresh.
DJ Mo also admitted to walking out of their home on a few occasions.
“There is this time we argued and I just left the house and started driving, before turning back at Limuru. Looking back, I had thought of driving to America through Uganda,” disclosed Dj Mo.
The two welcomed their daughter, Ladasha Belle, in November 2015 at Karen Hospital.
