A third-term MP from Nyanza is on a warpath with a section of his electorate over lucrative road construction tenders running into millions of shillings.
The politician last week came under siege after members of a Whatsapp group demanded he make public list of companies that have been winning tenders since he took the constituency leadership.
The members alleged that the MP was awarding tenders to companies associated with his wife, in what is clear case of conflict of interest.
It remains to be seen whether the National Assembly representative will take the bold step of making public list of firms that have clinched road construction contracts.
