Langata Member of Parliament Nixon Korir has welcomed a baby boy, Caesar.
Elated, Korir was over the moon as he took to social media where he shared the news arrival of his son.
“We thank the Almighty God for the gift of baby boy. At exactly 8pm baby Caesar joined us…my wife and I are very joyful, glory be to the Almighty,” shared Korir on his Facebook page.
For the first time legislator, the good news could not have come at a better time and congratulatory messages came thick and fast.

However, not all were excited. Some of his followers found the name peculiar and linked it to the Biblical tax collector, 'Ceasar'.
Kiprono K Howard, for instance commented, “now give to Ceasar what belongs to Ceasar! Congratulations.” While Protich Noti Notti wondered what the fuss was all about, “Hamkutuambia mkifunguana servers Sidhani kama mko na ruhusa ya kutuambia saa hii.”
Another follower, Silas Shikanga Imbwaga had a rather comical statement to sum it up which read “Congratulation’s Mheshimiwa its seems last year you had both good elections and e******n...”
The Jubilee lawmaker is married to Berryl Zoraima and is listed as among the youngest, well-dressed and cutest MP’s in Kenya today.
The couple are blessed with two other daughters.
