Kenyan gospel DJ Soxxy has sent a heartfelt message to his wife Anne Kamau.
While celebrating seven years together, Soxxy thanked her by standing by his side through thick and thin in the years spent together.
“It’s been 7yrs now and God has been good to us. We have gone through valleys and mountains but you have still stood by me. I thank you for agreeing to spend your life with this stubborn skinny young man who at times drives you crazy and makes you cry” wrote Soxxy.
“Thank you for loving who I am and not what I am. May God bless us with many more years to spend together and may he allow us to grow old together. Love you”, he added, to the amazement of his fans.
On her part, Anne wrote:
“7 years ago today, I walked down the aisle and said I do to @djsoxxy. This has been an amazing 7, lots of laughter, tears, fun and adventure. In another lifetime I would still choose you. Happy anniversary love!”
Their marital journey was fraught with challenges as Soxxy’s wife suffered from PCOS (Polycystic Ovarian Syndrome), a condition that made Anne think she would never be able to bear children.
However, by God’s grace the couple are blessed with two beautiful kids, Ethan and Eliana.
