After a very public push-and-pull, which included assault claims against her then husband, media personality and lawyer Doreen Gatwiri seems to have found her comfort in charity.
This past weekend, together with a team of Mr & Miss University Kenya Organisation contestants 2018 and student leaders from various universities, they donated 5, 000 books and other stationery at Kawangware Ecumenical Development Services (KEDS Care) in Kawangware.
Gatwiri plans to launch her charity foundation- Doreen Gatwiri Majala Foundation (DGMF) - mid this year.
The foundation is an education initiative that seeks empower underprivileged schools in areas of weakness through supply of stationery materials to ensure effective learning.
