On the one day when lovers show their appreciation for each other and get to celebrate their love, it was the exact opposite for Zari. Via her social media the gorgeous socialite broke the news she was leaving Diamond for good.
Obvious reason? Infidelity.
She revealed how she could no longer stomach the bongo artist’s cheating ways and for the sake of her wellbeing, she had been forced to end their relationship. Hours after posting, her message has gone viral with her fans baying for Diamond’s blood.
In a sad statement this is what she had to say alongside a photo of a black rose.
‘’Understand that this is very difficult for me to do. There have been multiple rumors some with evidence floating around in ALL SORTS of media in regards to Diamond’s constant cheating and sadly I have decided to end my relationship with Diamond, as my RESPECT, INTEGRITY, DIGNITY & WELL BEING cannot be compromised. We are separating as partners but not as parents.
“This doesn’t reduce me as a self-made individual, and as a caring mother, and the boss lady you have all come to know.
“I will continue to build as a mogul, i will inspire the world of women to become boss ladies too. I will teach my four sons to always respect women, and teach my daughter what self-respect means.
“Unlike many, I’ve been in the entertainment industry for 12 years, and through all my challenges I came out a victor because I am a winner, and so are all of you Zari supporters. HAPPY VALENTINE'S.’’ She posted on Valentine ’s Day.
Oblivious or choosing to ignore the situation, Diamond chose not to talk about their break up and instead posted this Valentine’s message.
‘’Happy Valentine kwa Aunties na Dada Zangu wote mnaonisupport Mimi, Familia na Team yangu.... Nawashkuru na Nawapenda sana.’’ The post read.
And to show he was very much ‘ok,’ he posted a video opening an award that he had received from Sound City Africa.
‘’Thank you so much @soundcityafrica I received my Trophy today... Thanks a lot to my People for the Votes....Am Humbled & Grateful #AValentineGift.’’ He posted alongside the video.
However his fans continue to taunt him with cheating allegations that led to the breakup of his relationship with Zari.
Diamond is a notorious serial dater having dated Wema Sepetu with whom he had a bitter breakup with in 2014.
Their relationship was marred with cheating allegations with one of those suspected women being actress, model and singer Jokate Mwegelo. Thereafter, Zari came into the picture. When everyone was getting accustomed to their arrangement, Zari bore him two wonderful children.
While together, Diamond cheated with video vixen Hamisa Mobetto with whom he has a child with, a hot Rwandese socialite by the name Shaddy Boo and is currently rumored to be sleeping with a young lady by the name Tunda Sebastian.
One thing is for sure, Diamond sure does know how to pick his victims leaving a trail of broken hearts and legal battles.
