Tanzanian Socialite Wema Sepetu’s Instagram page was hacked a week ago. The unknown people gained unauthorized access and are currently in charge of activities in the account.
Wema raised the alarm and warned her followers that the account had been hacked. She even confessed that she was not sure whether she will regain control of the account.
The hackers are now using the account with over 3.3 million followers to make money by duping unsuspecting advertisers.
They are charging offers and opportunities to advertise on the page due to its mammoth following.
