It all started with a private wedding held at the Windsor golf and country club where who’s who in the entertainment industry thronged the venue.
Thereafter, Lillian Muli and her husband Moses Njuguna Kanene were the new celebrity couple in town. That was in December 2014.
After cheating allegations from both parties, it recently emerged that Kanene may have been abusive to the Citizen TV senior news anchor.
‘’I've totally stolen this coz so many people need to read this many of us stay in dysfunctional relationships because we are afraid of being alone we even get used to the abuse. Don't allow yourself to become a victim you have OPTIONS! Walk away.’’ She posted.
In her post, as comments streamed in, she went ahead and commented:
"And when you walk away there is no looking back I walked away i shudder to think what would have happened if I didn't."
Lillian has been very vocal in the past few months taking to her social media to reveal bits and pieces behind her shocking divorce.
According to a local publication, the pretty media personality filed for the divorce early last year. She gave grounds for divorce due to his unpredictable moods, ungovernable temper, violent nature and failure to undertake his responsibilities as a husband or as a father.
The mother of one seems to have moved on but it is not clear whether she is seriously dating or ready to settle down.
