Isiolo North MP Joseph Samal was rushed to hospital after he collapsed in Parliament yesterday.
The MP had been conversing with a group of lawmakers at the lounge when he fell down suddenly.
The MP was rushed to hospital in a St John's ambulance.
A witness said the MP had asked for a glass of water moments before the incident.

Mathare MP Steven Kariuki had to dash across Taifa Road to the St. John's Ambulance offices to seek the help of paramedics, who performed first aid on the MP.
Among the first people to arrive at the scene of the incident was Senior Deputy Clerk Michael Sialai who termed the situation 'manageable.'
"This is an issue of a Member of Parliament who has had medical complication. Everything is under control and the member will be taken to hospital," Mr Sialai said as paramedics arrived to perform first aid.
The MP was admitted to Nairobi Hospital.
At the time he collapsed, the MP was waiting for the beginning of the House afternoon session to debate the approval of Eliud Wabukala as the chair of the Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission and also the confirmation of Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission team.
