Socialite Huddah Monroe yesterday took to Instagram to announce the soon to come launch of her detox remedies, specifically a premium weightloss tea, for a lean, slim waist like hers.

“The SECRETS to my lean ,slim fit , laptop size shape ????. flat tummy , best detoxing remedies ETC, landing ASAP .keep it here for the ???. I said this since JUNE and now we UP????! Thank you for your patience ladies ????#iGotThatAfricanSauce#MistressOfAllTrades

On the same day socialite Vera Sidika posted a throwback photo for her followers, showcasing the results of using her detox tea dubbed Veetox Herbal Detox. In the photo showing a rather cinched in waist she captioned; “Throwback... after several months of @veetoxherbaldetox  It's been an amazing year of trial. Since September 2015 ???? If you looking to Burn Stomach Fat, reduce bloating and Slay that Flat Tummy,@veetoxherbaldetox is the way to go! I Had to use Veetox Herbal Detox on myself, experience results, share with friends for trials & finally making it come true ???? Thank You Lord ????  Kindly Follow @veetoxherbaldetox for more updates #OneYearMakingMagic #Veetox #comingsoon #GoodThingsTakeTime

A closer look at Vera’s claim, reveals an already set up Instagram account for the herbal tea, with 3 posts and three followers shy of 1500 followers. A website link is attached, though it leads to a dead end. On the other hand, Huddah, who recently launched a cosmetics line and its accompanying website has nothing to show for the herbal tea claims.

However, whoever’s tea is available for purchase is a none issue. The question is, who is copying who in this tea business. Better yet, do these detox teas even work
