If it was not obvious to whom the diss Track by Femi One, Pilau Njeri, was directed towards, then you must not have watched the intro, or worse the track’s title must have passed you by.
The track as Femi One put it is a ‘wake up call to all female artistes out there’ and is majorly directed towards rapper Njeri.
In an interview with Shaffie and Adelle Onyango, she revealed that she released the track following disrespect from Njeri, whom she had rather refer to as Pilau.
“Pilau decided to diss me, going to radio shows and throwing shade. All this time, I have been quiet just watching her.”
The straw that broke the camel’s back was when Njeri called up Kaka Empire’s management, where Femi One is signed, asking for a collabo and on failing to secure the collabo decided to diss Femi in one of her tracks.
It was then she decided it was time to teach her a lesson or two. “Ndio iwe funzo kwa yeye na wengine wenye tabia kama zake,” she said.
Speaking of other rappers ‘wenye tabia kama zake’, Femi took shots at other female rappers including Sossun, Noti Flow and Kush Tracey.
