Done with Radio: Kalekye Mumo leaves Kiss 100 radio station after 10 years of service

 Kalekye is looking hot after her weightloss and she is moving on to other things

Radio presenter Kalekye Mumo has left Kiss 100 after ten years of working for the radio station.

The Morning breakfast host who has co-hosted alongside bad boy Shaffie Weru, has signed up for public relations contract with Kericho Gold, makers of blended tea.

In her statement she expressed her excitement terming the decade long career “a fantastic 10-year journey.”

"It's been a fantastic 10yr journey... Talking to different people, being part of their lives and even more the experience selling brands on air has taught me so much.”

At the beginning of the year she held big birthday party as she turned 40, and celebrated her weight loss journey through which she lost 40kgs.

She also announced that this would be a big year for her, and perhaps this latest move is one those big things she had anticipated.

“And now after beginning the year with big milestones... I turned 40, lost 40kgs and decided to keep it big by opening a PR company. I feel it's time to give more of my talent and experience to brands and clients directly and the first such brand to believe in me is Kericho Gold," she said in a statement.

With the bubbly Kalekye Mumo on board, word has it that Kericho Gold known for its  blends of tea ranging from black teas, green teas : fruit and herbal infusions, will be launching one of a kind range of teas set.

The presenter, who first joined Kiss 100 as a co- host for drive show -Rush Hour before moving to The Morning Kiss, is to be replaced by her colleague Adelle Onyango for the breakfast show.
