"We are having a baby!" Kiss FM presenter Linda Nyangweso expecting first child

"I'm Linda Nyangweso"  is a phrase you've probably heard. Now Kiss 100’s curvaceous female presenter Lynda Nyangweso is expecting her first child after tying the knot to Lance Osiro last year.

The jovial radio personality, well known for her unique diction and bubbly nature took to social media to share the good news with her fans and also hinted that she might welcome her baby in June.

Quite elated, Linda is the first Kenyan celebrity to openly announce her expectancy this year and also mention the stigma that plus size women face especially in matters that concern pregnancy and fertility. Here is what she shared on her social media accounts;

‘’Yes, I’ll admit it, I’m really bad at keeping a secret so big! We’re having a baby! We wanted to keep it a hush hush as long as possible but, we are finally able to shout it out on the rooftop! Plus size women face so much stigma and doubt over what our bodies are capable of,’’ she wrote.

‘’It’s something I feel doesn’t get enough media attention, but I hope that the next few months of my pregnancy will help change the conversation. All bodies are amazing! Thank you for the continued support in this exciting time of our lives. P.S. I’m due in June #effyourbeautystandards #fatgirlshavebabiestoo,’’ added the soft spoken presenter.
