In a bid to appreciate its existing customers during this festive season, East African Breweries Limited (EABL) has today launched a 10 week off trade promo dubbed Red Dot.
This campaign, worth Ksh13 Million, will reward more than 100 shoppers who purchase EABL products with a red dot sticker in over 110 outlets country wide.
The grand prize from the campaign is 2 Mitsubishi ASX. Other prizes include fridges, digital flat screen 32’’ TV’s, Tall boy home theatres and branded merchandise.
Speaking about the promotion, EABL’s sales Director, Andrew Kilonzo pointed out their appreciation to their customers and the commitment to always give quality products and services to the industry as a whole.
”As a business, we are keen on customer satisfaction and growth, we appreciate the continuous support from our consumers and it is through such campaigns that we aim to give them a chance to be part of our success. Unlike other EABL’s national promotions that have engaged the consumers in bars, we are now going to be recognizing our customers from different regions in the country through the key supermarkets. As we seek to know and interact with our customers more intimately, we have had a rethink about how we recognize customers during their shopping experience,” he said.
To participate, shoppers who purchase products with the red dot sticker will have to scratch to reveal the 6 digit numerical code which they will SMS to 22110. They will then be entered into weekly and grand draws. A 24 hour helpline number 0726310012 has been launched to cater for any customer inquiries and/or complaints. Winners will be notified using the same line.
EABL has partnered with local merchants to ensure guaranteed value for customers including Nakumatt, Chandarana, Ukwala, Uchumi, Blue Sky, GAME, Quickmatt and Defence Forces Supermarkets.
All participants should be over 18 years and above.
