President Barack Obama's Chef is from Kenya. According to Dennis Itumbi, the Head of Digital Communication at State house, the man says that he actually comes from Kenya.
On his Facebook page, Mr. Itumbi writes that the man, having seen the reception that Barack Obama received, felt that it was time he came back to walk the journey too and trace his roots.
The chef in charge of world’s most powerful man’s food requested Itumbi to help him trace his roots: “Haya anyone with leads?” Itumbi asked his Facebook followers.
Attaching a photo of Obama’s chef standing with Uhuru’s Chef at State House during press briefing by the two head of states, Itumbi posts:
He told me "I am from Kenya, I will be back to trace my roots, The President is among the lucky few who know where they come from"
"Help me trace my family here in Kenya, I will be back to walk the journey and hug them as we chat like I saw the President do yesterday"
