Hot on the heels of the release of Fimbo ya Tatu (Dawa ya Moto), Grandpa Records are set to tour Tanzania next month. The artistes from the music stable are set to land in Mwanza on May 8 for media interviews before a performance on May 9, a show that will be headlined by Visita and Kenrazy.
According the Creative Director of Grandpa, Refigah, the tour is set to reach to their fan base in Tanzania, who he asserts are many with songs like Mapepo, Mbilikimo Mkora and Hivyo Ndivyo Kunaendanga enjoying favourable airplay. Others who will be in the tour include Pizo Dizo, Sosuun and Renee.
After the Mwanza show, they will to Dar-es-salam, Arusha, Moshi, Tanga, Dodoma and Iringa.
Meanwhile, Refigah and his wife Mahadia will tomorrow celebrate their first year of marriage in a private ceremony where he has invited family and friends.
