Three months ago, renowned promoter, DJ Stone, accused rapper Prezzo and his friends of hurting him in 2012.
Dj Stone claimed that Prezzo and his friends pulled him in their car and beat him with gun butts over a Sh5, 000 unsettled concert fee.
At the time, DJ Stone was undergoing treatment at the Coptic Hospital along Ngong Road with an over Sh100, 000 medical bill, which was finally cleared by Jaguar.
Heads Up has now learnt that DJ Stone's health has deteriorated and is admitted at Kendu Missionary Hospital in South Nyanza.
Speaking from the hospital bed, DJ Stone told Heads Up that he could not walk.
"My legs are numb and I can hardly move due to complications that resulted from the beating," said the frail DJ.
When asked whether he was planning to take any action against Prezzo, DJ Stone said:
"Jaguar told me to leave him to God. He will deal with him on my behalf."
Stone's bill has accumulated to Sh60, 000 and risks being kicked out from his rented house in Nairobi.
Prezzo who in the past confirmed that indeed there was a misunderstanding, maintains that no guns were involved, as he is a 'law-abiding citizen'.
