The Nakuru County governor Mbugua Kinuthia was treated to a sweet Valentine’s Day shock last Friday when two limos drove into his Nakuru office with a message from Nairobi.
It was his young son Brian Mbugua and daughter Brenda Mutanu, who had made the flashy Sh100,000 worth sacrifice to show his parents their love.
As the limo doors opened, with the driver ushering the visitor home, the governor’s kids emerged from the limo with bouquet of roses and other priced gifts to the sweet shock of their wealthy dad. And as the party got started, the hired limos drove back to Nairobi.
By the time residents of Nakuru town were gathering to find out who the new visitors driving in with a limos were, the party was long over.
