A man has been accused of breaking into a couple's home and drinking a Sprite before falling asleep in the master bedroom.
Police said the homeowners discovered Shelby sound asleep, in their bed.
It took officers ripping away his blankets to wake the alleged intruder.
Shelby, from Albuquerque, New Mexico - where TV's Breaking Bad was set - is alleged to have broken in through a kitchen window.
Investigators said the 30-year-old Shelby was arrested on Sunday after the homeowners called police to report their unwanted mystery guest.
According to a criminal complaint, Shelby broke in and grabbed a Sprite from the refrigerator before falling asleep in the master bedroom.
The couple found a naked Shelby in a deep sleep and let him lie as they called police.
In the complaint it states that officers arrived and called to Shelby, but he slept through it, telling them he thought he had been at his girlfriend’s house.
He has been charged with breaking and entering.
