A city court has asked two women accused of drugging two men after a sex escapade to pay Sh20,000 bond.
The two, Ruth Waruguru Kamau and Mercy Rwamba Mwaniki (pictured), allegedly drugged and stole from two male victims.
Police said that the men who are bankers met the suspects at Thika Road’s Natives Club, where they had fun before deciding to extend their party at one of the complainant’s house.
On arrival in the house, each man took his woman to a separate room where they allegedly stayed until 11am the next day.
It is alleged that one of the complainants left the other’s house, leaving his partner behind, after consuming meat that had been prepared and served by the two accused.
The court heard that the remaining complainant became dizzy minutes after eating the meal and lost consciousness. He allegedly regained consciousness the following day to find the house empty.
It is then that he allegedly realised that some of his items, estimated to cost Sh150,000 were missing in the house.
One of the victim on the other hand reportedly started vomiting blood moments after arriving at his house. The two bankers were reportedly treated at a hospital in South B.
It was not until January 7 when the suspects were arrested. They however denied the charges in court and were released on Sh20,000 cash bail each and given time to possibly reconcile with the complainants.
