Kenya's TikToker and Dancer Moya David surprised Machakos governor Wavinya Ndeti on her birthday on Tuesday.
While the governor was engaging residents in Athiriver during a public participation, Moya walked to the tent where the governor was seated and pulled his signature moves on the unsuspecting governor, who later joined in the dance. Thereafter he gifted Wavinya with a bouquet of flowers and a letter that read, "Happy birthday your excellency the governor of Machakos County. From Charlie, Daniel, Alika, Rita, Deputy governor Francis Mwangangi, Chief of staff, CEC's and County secretary."
