Tanzanian Singer Mbwana Yusuf Kilungi, better known by his stage name Mbosso, has admitted that it is still hard for him to live with the fact that he will never see his baby mama again. Speaking at an interview, Mbosso added that it has always been difficult for him to move on from the death of Boss Martha.

“I wish I could bring back the late Boss Martha. She is one woman that I dearly miss and it is very difficult for me to forget her,” he said.

Narrating further how days have been since the demise of Martha 2 years ago, Mbosso admitted that every anniversary he visits Martha’s graveside. According to him, the visits are a special time where he gets an opportunity to be vulnerable in her presence.

Mbosso revealed that he goes to the grave to express himself and talk to Martha about his challenges and plans for the future. He added that it makes him feel connected to her and that clears his mind.

“Every 11th of every month I go to her grave for a walk and also talk to her. I tell her so many things including telling her everything that is going on in my personal life,” he said.

Mbosso, who recently revealed that he is in a relationship, added that his current girlfriend understands that he shared a very strong and special bond with the late Martha. Asked how she feels about his grave visits, Mbosso said that his girlfriend is completely aware that he has not completely moved on.

“Kitu kingine ambacho watu hawakijui ni kwamba unaweza ‘uka-move on’ na ukajiona upo kwenye uhusiano, lakini usiwe na uhakika. Mtu ambaye ananipenda sasa hivi hadi yeye mwenyewe anajua  kuwa haya yote ni kwa sababu bado sijamsahau kabisa marehemu,” he said.

According to reports by media in Tanzania, Martha died in 2019 after a short illness. It’s been said that she had been suffering from Meningitis, which she later succumbed to. Mourning the demise of Boss Martha who also doubled up as an actress and comedienne, Mbosso took to social media saying that his companion had left too soon. According to him, Martha had only complained of a headache and thus the news of her passing hit him hard.

“Wallah Moyo wangu unauma Martha, hukupaswa kuondoka wakati huu, Mapema mno Dah ..!! Nenda Martha Mwingi Furaha na Ucheshi,” he shared.
