Judging from both their actions, it is clear that Jose Chameleone and Daniella Atim have officially parted ways and this time for good.
On April 18th, 2017 Daniella filed a divorce petition number 72 of 2017, through Okurut and Company Advocates asking the Nakawa Chief Magistrate’s Court to annul her marriage on grounds of cruelty.
According to Daniella, the Ugandan artist started to physically torture her in 2013 and would sometimes go home drunk and beat her up for no reason.
She also accused him of verbally abusing and disrespecting her in front of their children and would physically abuse their children too.
For what that was worth, the two would later come out to reconcile and Joseph Mayanja aka Chameleone, offered a laundry list of explanations as to why the couple would not be parting ways.
Well, that was then.
Through his Facebook, the dancehall artist made it official that the two would be divorcing despite being heart broken and having tried his best to prove to her.
Daniella on the other hand deleted all photos of the artist leaving those of their children and has since been sending subliminal messages.
''If your skin starts clearing up after you stop talking to someone…. It’s a sign,'' one of her posts read.
The couple wedded in 2008 and have five children.
