The Kenya National Union of Teachers (KNUT) has come out strongly to refute allegations made by a section of the local press (not the Standard) that there was disagreement on the union's position to call off the national teachers strike last Friday.
The union claims that the unfortunate story was maliciously sourced with an intention of creating an imaginary division in the union.
