The move by the Attorney General to regulate operations of religious organisations is long overdue. New rules published by the AG that will be gazetted at the end of this month are expected to rein in rogue preachers.
Preachers will be expected to have theological training certificates and certificates of good conduct, among others, to be allowed to practice.
