Governments are secretly hiding aliens, ex-defence minister claims

By Mirror | Apr 24th 2015 | 2 min read

Canada: An ex-defence minister has claimed that the world's governments are concealing alien life forms from the human race.

Paul Hellyer, 91, is calling on world leaders to confess over an alleged conspiracy - which he believes to include data on UFOs and how at least four different kinds of alien have visited Earth.

The former Canadian minister, who held the high-ranking position from 1963 to 1967, told the University of Calgary in a speech this week: "Much of the media won't touch [the documents].

"You just have to keep working away and hope that someday you get a critical mass.

"[The public] will say, in one way or another, 'Mr President or Mr Prime Minister we want the truth and we want it now because it affects our lives.'"

It is not the first time that Hellyer has made outlandish claims.

The former defence minister - who first began talking about the existence of aliens in 2005 - said that they have been "visiting our planet for thousands of years," and added that they are critical of our lifestyle.

Previously he has told Russia Today how aliens are living amongst us on Earth, and that they "look just like us and they could walk down the street and you wouldn't know if you walked past one".

He added: "We spend too much time fighting each other, we spend too much money on military expenditures and not enough on feeding the poor and looking after the homeless and sick.

"We have a long history of UFOs and of course there has been a lot more activity in the last few decades since we invented the atomic bomb.

"They are very concerned about that and that we might use it again, because the whole cosmos as a unity, and it affects not just us but other people in the cosmos.

"They are very much afraid that we might be stupid enough to start using atomic weapons again."

His claims come after footage emerged this week showing a mysterious UFO being transported through the desert on the back of a truck.

Accompanied by a police escort, the truck is seen driving past a petrol station in Nevada with the strange disk-shaped object strapped to its trailer.

And many viewers have already been speculating as to what the strange structure could be, with some believing it may be an alien spaceship.
