Is it time William Ruto cuts ties with Jubilee?

Recently, Jubilee has been on the receiving end from the Kenyan populace owing to the way the Finance Bill 2018 was hastily passed and signed by president Uhuru Kenyatta. Kenyans have shared their frustrations openly. 

President Kenyatta signed the bill despite the fact that the process followed to pass it in Parliament was rather questionable. He signed it despite calls by the Kenyans to shelve the bill.
