Truth be told, the NASA coalition risks disintegrating. I am saying this because the coalition itself was established on a shaky foundation with the sole aim of unseating President Uhuru Kenyatta, and not a well-thought-out ideology and strategy.
To some of us, internal wrangles being witnessed now between MPs from the different coalition parties over the line-up of the coalition leadership in Parliament is not strange, as it was something that was expected. For ODM, a key affiliate of NASA to side-line its coastal MPs as it formulated its list of House leadership is unfathomable, considering the voting pattern of the region in the last general elections.
