But things have changed as exemplified by this National Super Alliance (NASA) protestor time who went to taunt police officers manning the Anniversary Tower, the headquarters for the Independent Electoral and Boundaries Commission (IEBC). For some time, the officers refused to react. By the time came when they could not take it anymore.
