Raila Odinga, Mwai Kibaki credited with progress in North Eastern

The former North Eastern Province of Kenya has in recent years recorded a number of remarkable development achievements that range from improvements in infrastructure and healthcare to electricity connection and the establishment of a university.

Although the Jubilee administration has been boasting of being the architect behind the changing fortunes, the fact is that much of the credit belongs to former President Mwai Kibaki and former Prime Minister Raila Odinga.
