Rogue drivers warned

 An errant motorist is forced to hold a placard confessing indiscipline by the National Transport and Safety Authority (NTSA) in Nairobi on Wednesday 11 2017 after he was caught speeding down on the wrong lane overtaking on Magadi road.

NTSA has vowed to continue cracking the whip on errant drivers in an effort to restore order and sanity on Kenyan roads.
