This man Henry Kosgey

Henry Kosgey started his political career several years ago. He became a long time member of parliament for Tinderet constituency during the KANU regime. He is a household name in the entire Nandi county owing to the number of families he has touched in one way or the other.

Kosgey has assisted several people to attend school. One time it is believed that the current deputy president went to his office somewhere in the 1990s while the deputy president was still a hustler.

His announcement to vie for the gubernatorial seat in Nandi county has sent shivers among his political competitors. With him is a vast experience in political and administrative issues owing to the number of years he has served in different capacities in different regimes.

One thing is for sure; the governor's seat in Nandi county will be a highly contested seat. One should put into account the political networks Henry Kosgey enjoys. He has support from a majority of the electorates and will surely give the incumbent a run for his money.
