Former Cabinet minister William ole Ntimama has been eulogised as a leader who defended the rights of the marginalised with passion.

Orange Democratic Movement leader Raila Odinga, Interior Cabinet Secretary Joseph Nkaissery and former Tanziania Prime Minister Edward Lowassa described Ntimama as a fearless leader who refused to be intimidated by the powers that be.
