Technical University of Mombasa acting Vice Chancellor Laila Abubakar on Monday informed a court that the institution never dismissed its former vice chancellor, Joseph Mwatellah.
Prof Abubakar told Mombasa Industrial Court judge Onesmus Makau that there was no letter from the university terminating Prof Mwatelah's contract.
