The death of a three-month-old baby at Mama Lucy Hospital was due to lack of an ambulance. Health Executive Bernard Muia yesterday said the facility has only one working ambulance as the other three are broken down. He said the baby was referred to Mama Lucy on Tuesday from a private clinic in Komarock.
