A prosecution witness has confirmed to a court that she saw a policeman kill a man at Githurai 45 bus stage in Nairobi County.
The woman, who is under witness protection, yesterday told the court that on April 14, 2014 she and her boyfriend were headed to Nairobi's central business district from Ruiru, Kiambu County when they witnessed the shooting.
