Develop plots without title deeds, says Governor Kabogo

Kiambu County government has said it will issue approvals to investors, who have share certificates, to go ahead and develop their plots as they await issuance of title deeds.

Governor William Kabogo told investors at the weekend to stop hiding, but instead approach officers in the town planning department and present their proposals for clearance.
