Mr Kiplangat is a diligent leader known for bringing out the best in those around him. For the past two years, Kabarak High School has posted exemplary results emerging top in the country in Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (KCSE) examination with 214 students scoring As and A- in last year’s results.
