Kilifi Governor Gideon Mung'aro has unveiled a plan he says will boost agriculture and food security, education, health, and infrastructure in the next year.
Last Friday, Mung'aro signed the Sh15.6 supplementary budget, which he said awaits approval of the Controller of Budget (CoB) that authorises withdrawals from public funds.
