Mandera County using Form Four leavers to teach after TSC withdrew teachers

The county government of Mandera has now resolved into the absorption of Form Four leavers as teachers. This is after the Teachers Service Commission (TSC) withdrew over 1,000 teachers from the region, owing to insecurity.

As reported by the Mandera County Education Board, over 1,000 teachers have left since January, according to orders by their employer TSC.
