Officers attached to the Directorate of Criminal Investigation (DCI) on Tuesday raided a godown in Nairobi’s Kairobangi South Estate where they discovered expired rice being repackaged into new bags.
Sources indicate that the new bags indicated the rice would expire in 2021.
