The Congolese rumba composer and TPOK Jazz singer Pepe Ndombe Opetum passed on around the same time we lost the late Prof George Saitoti,  Orwa Ojode, Nancy Gituanja, Luke Oyugi, Joshua Tunkei, and Thomas Murimi.
