Kisii County Deputy Governor Joash Maangi has dared ODM to expel him following his move to lead a delegation from the area to Deputy President William Ruto's rural home.
On Thursday, Maangi led 3,000 delegates and seven MPs from Kisii County to Ruto's Eldoret home in what the leaders termed a mission to discuss development issues.
