The outspoken Embakasi East legislator announced he would be conducting live revision sessions on his Facebook page to help students prepare for their upcoming national exams. On his Facebook, Babu wrote, "This Saturday and Sunday at 7:30 p.m., I will be revising Mathematics Papers 1 and 2 with the KCSE candidates 2025. Parents should give their children phones and bundles to watch these life-changing lessons. Stay tuned on my Facebook page @BabuOwino." "I urge parents to buy their candidates bundles and also lend them their phones to catch these life-changing lessons," Babu posted, earning praise from many who lauded his dedication to education. However, the mood quickly shifted after Mammito commented on his post, asking, "Why not pay teachers to do that?" Her remark appeared to ruffle a section of Kenyans who rushed to defend the MP, arguing that his efforts were noble and beneficial to students across the country.
