RVIST agribusiness expo set to kick off next week

Some 5,000 farmers are expected to attend the 18th edition of Rift Valley Institute of Science and Technology agribusiness expo slated for next week.

 Acting Principal Mr Sammy Cheruiyot said this year's expo will explore various ways of enhancing value addition in agri-business through technology and innovation in efforts to attain sustainable agriculture and boost food security.

The event will take place on Friday and Saturday.
