Dr Josephine Miyonga was bubbly when she stepped into Holy Ghost Cathedral in Mombasa last Saturday. Clad in the blue gown she wore during her graduation at Jomo Kenyatta University of Agriculture and Technology (JKuat) last month, Dr Miyonga stood out from her friends and relatives who had come to celebrate her achievement.
