Court refers terror suspect’s case to EA judges

The High Court in Nairobi has referred to the East African Court of Justice an application challenging the extradition of a Kenyan to face charges over the bombings in Kampala, Uganda.

Justice Nicholas Ombijah issued the orders following an application by Mrs Saida Rosemary, the wife of Christopher Magondu alias Idris Magondu, who is facing capital offences in Uganda. He is facing 89 charges including terrorism and murder.
