KMPDU warns against dismissal threats as doctors strike in Kiambu

The Kenya Medical Practitioners, Pharmacists and Dentists Union has warned against what it called unlawful threats by Kiambu County to dismiss striking doctors.

On Friday, the union said the county was defying a court order upholding the doctors' right to strike and warned continued intimidation could trigger a nationwide escalation.
