A Nakuru lawyer has sued the Inspector General of Police Hillary Mutyambai over alleged harassment of motorists on Kenyan roads.

Lawyer Kipkoech Ng'etich, in a suit filed at the High Court in Nakuru, claims police officers have turned Kenyan roads into tax havens and corruption dens.
