The Director of Public Prosecutions (DPP) Noordin Haji has directed police boss Hillary Mutyambai to suspend former Embu North OCPD Emily Ngaruya and Manyatta OCS Abdullahi Yaya, over alleged involvement in the deaths of two Embu brothers.
